CLEVELAND-Christopher P. Marr has been named CFO of locallybased U-Store-It Trust, a self-storage specialty REIT. He served assenior vice president and CFO of Plymouth Meeting, PA-basedBrandywine Realty Trust since 2002. Prior to that, his executiveposts included the CFO position for Storage USA in Memphis.
At Storage USA, Marr worked with Dean Jernigan, U-Store-It'spresident and CEO from 1994 when it went public until its sale in2002. Following the sale, Jernigan formed Jernigan Property Groupand about a month ago was named to head U-Store-It.
