Three of the buildings are located in the same block, at 50, 78and 88 First St. The three buildings are 134,000 sf, 15,832 sf and17,500 sf, respectively. Each is between 80% and 100% leased, withtenants including Jack-in-the-Box and the Dolan Law firm. Thefourth property, a 43,317-sf built in 1951 and located at 1540Market St., is 65% leased, mostly to nonprofit organizations.

The management contract runs for one year. The properties willbe under the direction of Steven Ring, regional vice president inCharles Dunn's San Francisco office. The leasing assignment is inthe hands of Charles Dunn brokers Jay Shaffer.

Ring says the company was hired in part due to its expertise inthe Mission Street corridor market and its leasing group'sknowledge of the area," Ring says. "Our goals are to increaseoccupancy and maintain the buildings in their current conditions,"he says.
