C&W has theleasing exclusive for the building, which also houses GabrellianAssociates' headquarters office. Wachovia was represented by PaulGiannone of the Woodbridge, NJ office of Newmark Knight Frank.Terms were not released.
Paramus Corporate Center recently underwent a renovation thatbrought the building to class A status. The Wachovia WealthManagement signing "brings the building up to 96% occupancy,"Prezant says.
