Hill Glazier was selected to design a five-star hotel andresidential tower while Brennan Beer Gorman will design a500,000-sf office building. Elkus Manfredi, which was selected inDecember to design the ground-level layout and streetscape of anine-block area along a harbor marina, was also picked to design a500,000-sf office building on the site with 300,000 sf of retailspace.
