VICTORVILLE, CA-Furniture Warehouse, Cost Plus World Market andParty America have signed 10-year leases totaling 50,773 sf at aformer Montgomery Ward building, according to Sperry Van Ness.Vicki Donkin of Sperry Van Ness in Ontario reports that the threeretailers will be located at 12400 Amargosa Rd. in the formerMontgomery Ward building within the Village Center.

Donkin represented property owner REA Victorville LLC ofCalabasas in the leases, with Marc Piron of Grubb &Ellisrepresenting Furniture Warehouse, which will occupy 20,212 sf.
