Terms of thesigning were not disclosed; available space in the building iscurrently listed with an asking price of $20.50 per sf.

Located across from Echelon Mall here, 4 Echelon Plaza is anine-story, 185,000-sf office building with a 575-car parkingstructure. Arden Echelon Partners acquired the asset in 2001.
