PITTSBURGH-Locally based Medrad Inc., a US affiliate ofGermany-based Schering AG, has unveiled plans to construct at120,000-sf manufacturing facility in the Victory Road BusinessPark. The construction cost is estimated at $44.7 million.
This follows by seven months the company's announcement to builda $28-million, 125,000-sf corporate center at the 233-acre,mixed-use Tech 21 Business Park, also in Butler County, which iscurrently under way. Both projects are expansions of the company'stwo existing locations in nearby Allegheny County.
