FULLERTON, CA-Sign manufacturer Traffic Control Services isconsolidating its operations from four other buildings into a newheadquarters that the company has purchased at 1818 E. OrangethorpeAve. for $6.1 million, according to Voit Commercial Brokerage. Thecompany, which manufactures custom signs for the freeway and roadconstruction industry, formerly occupied about 40,000 sf at fourseparate facilities in Anaheim.
Mitch Zehner of the Anaheim Metro Office of Voit Commercialtells GlobeSt.com that Traffic Control Services owned two of thefour buildings that it previously occupied and it leased space inthe two others. All four of those facilities have been sold indeals that were brokered by Voit Commercial.
