The buildings, located at 3505, 3555 and 3575 Kroger Blvd. nearthe Gwinnett Place Mall, contain a total of 263,862 sf of space andaveraged 70% occupancy at the time of the sale. The buildings werepurchased from New York-based DRA Advisors LLC, which acquired theproperty in November 2005 when it bought the entire CRT Propertiescompany portfolio. DRA is selling select properties from theportfolio. Justin Parsonnet, of CB Richard Ellis represented DRA inthe sale of the Gwinnett Center.

Other properties Kaufman owns in Gwinnett County include theCrescent, a three-story, 115,000-sf class A building and SatelliteCourt, a two-story, 43,000-sf both. Both properties are located onSatellite Boulevard.

Kaufman Realty Group president Craig Kaufman tells GlobeSt.comthat Kaufman acquired the property because the company is bullishon Gwinnett County. "In the last year and a half we've seen a lotof activity in this area. We see this as a great value-addedproperty," Kaufman says.
