WHITTIER-Oltmans Construction has completed the last 304,708 sfat the 1.6-million-sf, 70-acre Gateway Pointe Industrial Park, aproject of the Southwest Carpenters Pension Trust. Some 931,320 sfof the project has already been leased at the complex, which is oneof the largest in the Los Angeles area, notes Chris Bell, projectmanager for Whittier-based Oltmans.
Bell reports that Oltmans is completing tenant improvements ontwo of the five buildings in the park, which is at 3931 WorkmanMill Rd., at the northwest corner of Mission and Workman Millroads. The Los Angeles-based Southwest Carpenters Pension Trustproject comprises five buildings ranging from 77,195 sf to 613,375sf.
