TEQUESTA, FL-Construction has begun on the Preserve at Tequesta,a 59-unit town home complex at 223 Village Blvd.
The project is being developed by Coral Gables-based CornerstoneGroup's Town Home Division. Architects on the project are BocaRaton-based Quincy Johnson, Jones, Myott, Williams, Acevedo, VaughnArchitects Inc. The project will contain nine buildings and aclubhouse on four acres. Units will have two or three stories and aprivate, single-car garage and range in size from 1,861 to 2,112sf. Prices for the units start from $449,990.
