BUFORD, GA-Two industrial leases totaling 170,000 sf have beensigned at Hamilton Mill Business Center. Global Equipment Co.leased 129,600 sf and the RiteScreen Co. leased 40,187 sf.
Global Equipment signed a 15-year lease to expand into theremaining 129,000 sf at Building M for a total occupancy of 647,228sf. This lease follows a 517,628-sf lease the company signed inDecember 2005 at the building. The company is a subsidiary of PortWashington, NY-based computer and industrial products distributorSystemax Inc. and has been growing at a rapid pace bringing theneed for new warehouse space.
