It is an assignment of a lease between RCPI Landmark PropertiesLLC and Ropes & Gray LLP and will run until 2012. The firm willhave space on the 9th, 10th and 11th floors of the InternationalBuilding. Additional leasing details were not revealed, but spacein the site is advertised from $69 to $90 per sf. Other tenants atthe site include Bessemer Securities, Capital Guardian Trust andVictory Capital.

The firm's need for space was the impetus for the move,according to Paul Eyre, managing partner of Baker Hostetler's NewYork office. "In the past year alone, we've brought on 17 newattorneys adding depth to an already strong full-service practicein New York." The firm currently has close to 40 attorneys in theentire 16th floor and a portion of the 27th floor of 666 FifthAve.
