BRIDGEWATER, NJ-Loehmann's has inked a lease for 22,183 sf atthe Somerset Shopping Center here, according to Matthew Harding,president and COO of the North Plainfield-based Levin ManagementCorp. Levin is the property's exclusive leasing and managing agent.Loehmann's will move into a tenant slot vacated just this pastMarch when Office Max closed its store.
"We began talking with Loehmann's as soon as we learned that thespace would be available," says Levin's Ethan Goldsmith, whonegotiated the lease. "The quick closing, less than three monthsafter Office Max closed its store, is testimony to the appeal ofboth the market area and the center."
