CB Richard Ellis was named exclusive sales agent. The firm'sWilliam Cuddy and Kevin Langtry will oversee the marketing of thesite, which is zoned for residential use. Cuddy says that thebrokerage firm will be seeking bids on the property sometime inJuly.
"We have an offering memorandum that we will be activelypromoting and circulating," Cuddy adds. No asking price has beenset on the parcel.
The school has completed a master plan of its campus, which isnow before the Town of Greenburgh for approval. Back in late 2003,it had put a 41-acre portion of its campus on the market for sale.However, that parcel, which was on the market for $8 million, neversold.
