Bruce Levine, with CB Richard Ellis/New England, tellsGlobeSt.com the buyer selected the class A office, R&D andmanufacturing property because of its location adjacent to theinterchange of I-495 & Route and its potential to expand theon-site building by an additional 103,000 sf. The two-storyproperty, which is currently vacant, was previously occupied byCOHU, a designer and manufacturer of semiconductors and closedcircuit television and microwave equipment.

Levine handled the transaction for FPK Realty along with MarkReardon, Jason Levendusky and Hunter Emerson, all with CB RichardEllis/New England. Levine says the new owner is currently marketingthe space to companies ranging from 10,000 sf to 206,000 sf.
