"Service companies especially are giving Downtown a closerlook," Kiell tells GlobeSt.com. "Three World Financial Center is anideal location [for service companies] given the quality of thespace, the good price and proximity to financial clients." Kiel,who couldn't give a sf price, noted that there are a couple ofMidtown law firms looking at Downtown.

Other tenants at the 53-floor building with water views includeAmerican Express Co., the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission,Computer Generated Solutions, and Morgan and Finnegan, LLP.
