The CBRE team of Larry Weiss, Marty Lomazow, Roy Chipkin,Richard Karson and David Shaoulpour will oversee the leasing of thesecond property within the complex on behalf of the ownerLalezarian Properties.
The property is less than one-quarter mile from the Long IslandExpressway and Northern State Parkway, and is under one-half milefrom Queens County. Several bus routes stop immediately in front ofthe building.
