The company, which also occupies Two and Four Omni Way and withthree buildings across the street at 285, 297 and 300 BillericaRd., will move into the property in October after several milliondollars of renovation work is completed, John Boyle, with TheTrammell Crow Company's Boston office tells GlobeSt.com.

Boyle says the company, which provides software and servicesolutions to increase business productivity, considered severaloptions before signing on to take the entire building, which hadbeen available for lease for about eight months. Kronos, whichcurrently employs approximately 3,000 people, will utilize the SixOmni Way building for its software engineering personnel.

Along with a location near its existing facility, Boyle says theproperty appealed to Kronos because of an aggressive leasing dealoffered by landlord KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, CA. "Theowner truly attacked the deal, providing a significant tenantimprovement package and an affordable rent," says Boyle.
