On the editorial side, John Salustri, national online editor forGlobeSt.com, has been named executive editor, onlineproducts, and Cynthia J. Hoffman, editor of Real EstateForum, is now executive editor, print products.

In their expanded roles (both editors also retain their currenttitles), Salustri and Hoffman will work in close association withthe editors of all products in their sectors. They are also chargedwith maintaining the journalistic and ethical standards for whichall REM products are known. The online division includesGlobeSt.com and GlobeSt/RETAIL and seven targetednewsletters. The print division includes Real Estate Forumas well as three regional publications: Real Estate New York,Real Estate New Jersey and Real Estate SouthernCalifornia.

In the areas of design and marketing, creative services directorScott Thompson expands his role and becomes director, creativeservices and project development. In that position, Thompson willoversee all new creative ventures for print and online as well asReal Estate Media's RealShare Conference series. With Thompson'spromotion, Art director Jolene Oldham is elevated to the positionof senior art director. Oldham will be the primary contact betweenthe art and editorial departments and oversee the creativedirection of all magazines.
