The American Federation for the Arts, one of the oldest artorganizations in the country, purchased the 10,473-sf unit on the10th floor of the tower. The nonprofit organization is relocatingfrom 41 E 65th St. The Permanent Mission of Kazakhstan purchased a13,827-sf unit on the third floor. The mission, which joined theUnited Nations in 1992, is relocating from 866 UN Plaza.

PBSRealty Advisors represented the American Federation of the Arts andP.G. Williamson Group represented the Permanent Mission ofKazakhstan. The brokers could not be reached by GlobeSt.com'sdeadline.
