The largest of the recent transactions include RBC Dain Raucher,a securities firm, which leased 32,000 sf. Managed HealthcareAssociations Inc., an internet-based marketing and contractingcompany, leased 22,000 sf. And Veritext, a national court reportingservice, took 12,000 sf. Other, smaller leases were signed byDelaware Valley Underwriting Agency Inc, Knowledge Support SystemsGroup and Symbiotix.
The two-building property consists of 25A Vreeland Ave., a113,000-sf building completed in 1984, and its twin 25B VreelandAve., completed a year later. Available space at Koll CorporateCenter is currently listed with an asking price of $24 per sf.
