RANDOLPH, NJ-The local township planning board has approvedconstruction of the second and third phases of Campus Plaza, amixed-use development. The project, which sits on a nine-acre siteat the intersection of Route 10 and the Dover-Chester Rd., willbuild out to just less than 52,000 sf of retail and office space.The project is owned and is being developed by Randolph TownshipDevelopment LLC, a local group, although the Gordon Group ishandling the office building as part of the larger package.
That office component is the 25,200-sf, two-story RandolphMedical Arts Building. The Gordon Group specializes in medicalbuildings, with properties in the New Jersey and Floridamarkets.
