The class A retail asset is 100% leased and is anchored by BJ'sWholesale Club, Ross Dress for Less, Bed Bath & Beyond and OldNavy. It is at the southeast corner of State Road 7 and FairgroundsRoad.

Blackrock Retail Property Advisors completed the sale on behalfof seller, which was unnamed. The deal was brokered by Casey Rosenand Dennis Carson, Blackrock Retail Property Advisors' co-foundersand co-managing principals. Rosen could not disclose the cap rateassociated with the sale or the rental rates at property; however,he did tell GlobeSt.com Coral Sky Plaza is "a very stable property"and the next lease set to expire is not for another 10 years.

This is the third retail acquisition Blackrock Retail PropertyAdvisors has brokered in the in Florida this past month. At the endof June, the Miami-based company repped Tyrone Gardens, LLC in thesale of TyroneGardens Shopping Center in St. Petersburg. The center traded toa partnership formed by New Plan Realty Trust and the Sembler Co.for $19 million, as GlobeSt.com previously reported. In thebeginning of June, Blackrock also repped Hunt Club Associates ofOrlando in its sale of Hunt Club Corners in Altamonte Springs. SaulCenters, Inc. paid $11 million for the 101,453-sf retail asset.
