PEMBROKE, GA-New York-based Oneida is planning to move adistribution center into a 500,000-sf industrial property on 32acres in Interstate Centre after signing a long-term lease for thespace.
The new facility, part of a 270-acre industrial park, is underconstruction and is expected to be completed by the end of 2006.Philadelphia-based Binswanger represented Oneida in the negotiationof the lease.
