"It's not often that buildings like this come up for sale," saysWeber, noting that the location of the four-story property was thebuilding's biggest selling point. The asset is located in thetown's Harvard Square area.

The property, which is about 20% occupied by several smallbusinesses, was marketed by Weber and David Ross, also with NAIHunneman. The team also procured the buyer. Weber says it wasunclear what plans Bulfinch has for the building.

Bulfinch also owns two other properties in Cambridge in additionto 17 other buildings throughout Massachusetts and RhodeIsland.
