GSR: How does adding Jeffrey Olson change thecompany's direction?
Katzman: Whenever you bring a new CEO in, he hasaction items and an agenda. It won't be dramatically different thanwhat we have done before, but clearly he would add a lot. He bringsin a wealth of expertise in the business, from both a ground-upaspect as well as a capital markets familiarity. He will have newinitiatives. He will spend more time increasing our development andredevelopment activities, as well as intensifying assetmanagement.
