Multiquip Inc. is planning to open doors in 60 to 90 days at1800 Waters Ridge Dr., a 600,681-sf office/warehouse now owned byTeachers Insurance & Annuity of America. The tenant's rep,Walter Floyd with NAI Huff Partners in Fort Worth, tellsGlobeSt.com that the site search lasted nearly five months andencompassed the entire metroplex. "We started out with a cleanslate," he says. "That was the one building that made economicsense."
