MILLVILLE, NJ-The 70,310-sf office/warehouse/manufacturingbuilding at 525 Orange Ave. in this South Jersey community has beensold for $2.3 million, a number that factors out to just less than$33 per sf. The building is situated on a 22-acre site that hasroom for expansion.

The seller was 9909 West Dean Associates LLC, a Milwaukee-basedinvestment group. In the sale, 9909 West Dean was represented byJason Wolf, senior vice president of Colliers Lanard & Axilbundof Philadelphia. The buyer was World Acquisition Properties a/k/aSANT Properties, a commercial real estate development andinvestment group based in Huntingdon Valley, PA.
