In the larger of the two leases, the Dietzgen Division of NashuaCorp. took 31,315 sf as part of the expansion of that division'sbusiness in the manufacture of labels and thermal and specialtypaper. The company's products are widely used by architects andengineers.

In the second lease, Arch Electric Supply and Lighting took25,920 sf, and will utilize the space as a headquarters for itsdistribution operations. Terms of the leases were not released; theavailable space had been listed on SK's Web site with an askingprice of $5.25 per sf.

The one-story asset on 9.8 acre was built in 1985 and acquiredby SK Properties in early 2000, according to information releasedby the owner. The building's other current tenant is ProvidentMutual Life.
