The largest of the leases was signed by Oxfam America, whichwill take 35,942 sf of space for its headquarters under a 10-yearlease with landlord Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. The globalnonprofit agency, which works to end poverty, will occupy space onthe building's fifth floor.

Cleary Insurance also inked a five-year deal on 7,978 sf on thethird floor of the building. The insurance agency plans to relocatefrom its current 133 Portland St. address in Boston into its newNorth Station offices in late 2006.

Terms of both leases were not disclosed but office space in theNorth Station area generally runs from the mid-$20s per sf to thehigh-$30s per sf, a broker familiar with the area says.
