RIVERDALE, NJ-Riverdale Crossing, a 260,000-sf, two-level powercenter, is slated to open in October. The property is beingdeveloped by Garden Commercial Properties, Short Hills, NJ, whichbroke ground just over a year ago and completed site work earlythis year.
