BURBANK, CA-Crown Realty& Development has landed Old Navy,American Eagle, Zumiez, Aldo Shoes, Zales Jewelers and severalother new retailers that are scheduled to open stores totaling morethan 36,000 sf. The new retailers are all expected to be operatingby the end of autumn at the 1.2-million-sf property, which Crownrecently refinanced in a $183 million deal reported onGlobeSt.com.

Jim O'Neil, EVP with Crown Realty, says that signing the newtenants continues Crown's repositioning and upgrading of the mallin Downtown Burbank. Crown Realty & Development was representedin all of the transactions by Heather Richmond of General GrowthProperties. The third-party leasing and property management teamhas represented Crown since the company acquired Burbank TownCenter in 2003.
