COLUMBUS, OH-SRS Investments, LLC, closes on the $7.5-million purchase of Unity Health and Resource Center on behalf of tenant-in-common investors.

Unity Health and Resource Center was purchased from OmniManagement, LLC. Financing was provided by Citigroup Global MarketsRealty Corp.

Built in 2001, the Unity Health and Resource Center is48,488-sf, multi-tenant medical office building located at 3433Agler Rd. The center is currently 93% leased and has nine tenants,including Ohio Health, Columbus Children's Hospital, ColumbusNeighborhood Health Center, Capital City Medical Associates andUrban Pediatrics.
