COLUMBUS, OH-Sarasota, FL-based real estate investment sponsor, SRS Investments, LLC, has closed on the $7.5-million purchase of Unity Health and Resource Center on behalf of tenant-in-common investors.

Unity Health and Resource Center was purchased from Omni Management, LLC. Financing was provided by Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp.

Built in 2001, the Unity Health and Resource Center is 48,488-sf, multi-tenant medical office building located at 3433 Agler Rd. The center is currently 93% leased and has nine tenants, including Ohio Health, Columbus Children’s Hospital, Columbus Neighborhood Health Center, Capital City Medical Associates and Urban Pediatrics.
