CHANDLER, AZ-Opus West Corp. is planning an early 2007groundbreaking on a 200,000-sf development as part of itsstepped-up retail focus. The estimated $18-million, as-yet unnamedproject tentatively is ticketed to deliver in spring 2008.
"My main goal here is to establish and maintain a consistentretail presence in the region," Craig Esslinger, Opus' new seniordirector of retail development, tells GlobeSt.com. The veteran ofthe metro's retail ranks will over see projects in Utah, Nevada,New Mexico and Opus West's home state.
