MIAMI- Atlantic Sunset Bay LLC, an Aventura-based developer,plans to begin construction in December on the 15-story, 78-unitBel Aire on the Bay condominium project at 6800 Indian CreekDr.
The project will contain units with two bedrooms; two bedroomsand a den; and penthouses with three-bedrooms. The units will rangein size from 1,214 sf to 3,174 sf. Among unit amenities will be9.5-ft ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steelappliances and built-in espresso machines. Building amenities willinclude an 18-slip marina, Zen garden, library and cigar and winecellar. The architect is Kobi Karp.
