Miramar-based Blackacre Advisors LLC represented State Farm andDebra Kremblas, vice president of Procacci Development Corp.,represented the landlord in the transaction.

Procacci is currently developing Emerald View, which willcontain 180,000 sf and will be able to withstand Category 5hurricane winds of 185 miles per hour. The company is alsodeveloping Crossroads at Dolphin Commerce Center, located North ofthe Dolphin Mall on Florida's Turnpike, which will be comprised ofmore than 700,000 sf. An additional 90,900 sf of warehouse/showroomspace is also under development.
