WINCHESTER, VA-Manassas-based Extreme Steel Inc. has purchasedan industrial flex property here for $3.55 million from ValleyIndustrial Plastics, which was also the tenant. The 32,000-sfproperty is located near Interstate 81 and Route 37 bypass at 380Shady Elm Dr.
Conrad E. Koneczny and Betty L. Friant of Sperry Van Ness inWinchester represented the seller. Extreme Steel Inc., whichrepresented itself, will do a sale-leaseback to allow ValleyIndustrial time to move out.
