MESQUITE, TX-Transwestern Commercial Services and BuchananStreet Partners have mapped out a $29-million spec industrialproject as their first joint venture in North Texas. Site workbegins today on the 555,200-sf, three-building project.
The Mesquite Business Park trio, ranging from 40,000 sf to256,000 sf, will be planted on a 32-acre tract at the corner of USHighway 80 and Big Town Boulevard. "We have a lot of appeal forvarious size users," says Henry Knapek, senior vice president ofdevelopment in Dallas for the Houston-based Transwestern. "It's acafeteria for all sizes."
