CANTON, MA-A distributor of nails and fasteners has acquired a60,000-sf building on more than eight acres in Canton for $3.9million. The deal gives the new owner an additional 40,000 sf ofexpansion space for its growing business.
Northeast Wholesale Nail & Fastener Supply Co., a nail andfastener distributor serving independent lumber yards and toolhouses, acquired the 980 Turnpike St. property from ERB RealtyTrust after looking at properties in Braintree, Stoughton andRandolph, Peter Brown, leasing director for Campanelli Cos., ofBraintree, tells GlobeSt.com.
