Patni was represented in the transaction by principals DennisGralla and James J. Scancarella of the Paramus office of CresaPartners. The tenant is a long-term Cresa client, representednationally by Adam Subber of the firm's headquarters office inBoston. The building is owned by the Cranford-based Mack-CaliRealty Corp., which was represented in-house by Tom Savoca. Termswere not released.

Harborside Plaza 5 is a 980,000-sf, 34-story office tower onthis city's waterfront. Patni is expected to be in the building bythe end of this month, according to Gralla.
