DOVER, NJ-Walgreens has signed a deal for a new 14,580-sf storeon a portion of a site occupied by the former Dover High School.The transaction, arranged by Sig Schoor, executive vice presidentof the Chester-based Schilp & Co., includes renovating aportion of the school and temporarily relocating its existingtenant. The property is currently occupied by the Joe Kubert Schoolof Cartooning and Graphics.

"We've been working with Joe Kubert for years to create a waythat he can best utilize the space his school occupies," Schoorsays. "The property is unique in that it comprises the originalbuilding and a later addition. Together, they look like onebuilding and span an entire block."
