Added to the Rutherford office with the title of executivemanaging director are Tim Greiner, Kevin Murphy, Peter Rossi. AndFrank D. Recine joins the firm with the title of director.

Before joining NKF, Greiner was vice president of leasing forthe Gale Co., Florham Park. There, he was responsible for some 240lease transactions totaling more than 4.2 million sf, and worth anaggregate rent of about $450 million. Murphy, who specializes incommercial leasing and sales transactions, comes over from the NewJersey office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he was associatedirector of transaction services.
