Pizzuti,president and COO of the Pizzuti Co., says that during the past 10years, the company has developed more than three million sf ofbuild-to-suit facilities for Whirlpool in Carlisle, PA, Clyde, OH,Indianapolis, Dallas, Tulsa and Orlando.

Situated within the 500-acre master planned CreekSide IndustrialCenter, CreekSide XII features 34-foot clear height, pre-castconcrete walls, ESFR throughout, a concrete dock area and heavyduty drive lanes for ample truck maneuverability.
