The largest project will occur at Mass General Hospital, wherework has already started on a 640,000-sf ambulatory care facilityand a 725-car parking garage at 301 Cambridge St. The facility ispart of a 10-year master plan to expand the hospital's West Endcampus. The plan is now under review by the Boston RedevelopmentAuthority.

The Joslin Diabetes Center recently won BRA approval toconstruct the first stage of a two-phase project that will add atotal of 518,000 sf to the center's 1 Joslin Place facility. Plansinclude a new laboratory building and a residential complex.

Also under construction is a 10-story, 350,000-sf ambulatorycare facility for Brigham and Women's Hospital. That new buildingat 68 Francis St. will include clinical and research facilities forthe hospital.
