The company has signed an agreement with locally baseddevelopers Greenstone Properties which, in partnership with locallybased companies Pope & Land Enterprises Inc. and GraniteProperties, will complete the project. The architects on theproject are New Haven, CT-based Pickard Chilton and Norcross-basedWakefield Beasley. The company expects to move into the building byfall 2008.

"Ultimately, having one centralAtlanta location will help enhance our culture and attract, developand retain the top notch talent needed in today's competitivebusiness environment."

The company, a marketer of consumer and commercial productsincluding brands Paper Mate and Rolodex, moved its headquarters toAtlanta in 2003. It has approximately 28,000 employeesworldwide.
