The development, which is in the planning stages and isprojected to be built over eight to 10 years, will be near theTri-Rail commuter rail line's Sheridan Street station. It calls for1,050 to 1,600 residential units, up to 299,000 sf of office space,340,000 sf of retail space, a hotel with as many as 150 rooms and a793-space parking structure for Tri-Rail riders.

Stationside Village Associates is comprised of Miami-basedPinnacle Housing Group and Fort Lauderdale-based Ram DevelopmentCo. National architectural firm Cooper Carry is designing theproject with South Florida-based architects Mark Wiener and RogerFry.
