FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Drawing upon the success of Privata Miami,locally based Akron Development Group is developing plans forPrivata Las Olas, a 16-unit townhome project on one of the lastfinger isles on Las Olas Boulevard.
The project, with an estimated sell-out cost of $30 million,will include four-story townhomes in three buildings. The projectis being undertaken by Akron Group I LLC, a subsidiary of AkronDevelopment Group. The architect on the project is Miami-basedBeilinson & Gomez Architects and interior designer is locallybased Interiors by Steven G, the same design team that worked onPrivate Miami.
