Audubon president Charles Reyher unveiled the renovation masterplan to residents of the complex recently. Slated to be completedby the summer of 2007, the project involves a full renovation ofbuilding interiors including lobbies, mechanical systems and thegrounds, as well as a new roof. The Maple Shade, NJ-based AudubonCommunities acquired the property from its local owners in April ofthis year.

"After completing the renovation of more than 15,000 apartmentunits in my career, I'm happy to apply the knowledge I've gained tothis landmark property," Reyher says. "We have been listening tothe needs of Parkview's resident and have created a master planwith their input very much in mind.

"Due to the condition of the property, especially the mechanicalcomponents, we thought it was better to do all of the worksimultaneously," he says. "This will help limit the inconvenienceto residents. We look forward to completing all work by summer2007."
