TAUNTON, MA-A $1.4-million offer by FH Chase Corp. sealed thedeal on a 20,000-sf industrial building in Myles StandishIndustrial Park. Seller Copy Master disposed of the 50 ConstitutionBlvd. property without even putting it on the market.

Plunkett, with Cushman & Wakefield's Boston office,tells GlobeSt.com that the buyer, which designs and constructsclean rooms, data centers and other advanced technology facilities,will relocate from its Mansfield facility early next year. Plunkettalong with Cathy Minnerly and Jason Bryer, with C&W,represented both the buyer and the seller.
